Crystal Carpenter is a dedicated leader, advocate, and community partner committed to strengthening District 24. With a career rooted in public service and systems change, she has worked alongside families, young people, and community leaders to expand opportunity, improve outcomes, and ensure that every voice is heard. Crystal brings both lived experience and professional expertise to the work, with a clear focus on solutions that make a real difference in people’s lives.
Grounded in deep respect for the leaders and community members who have helped shape District 24, Crystal is focused on continuing that progress while bringing fresh energy and thoughtful leadership to what comes next. She believes in listening first, leading with integrity, and working in true partnership with the community to build a stronger, more connected future for everyone in District 24.
Beyond her work, Crystal is a devoted wife, mother, and community leader who brings that same commitment to everything she does.
